Please take time to look at your childs math journal over the weekend. Here are some questions to help your discussion.
1. What were you thinking when you did this?
2. What did you find difficult?
3. What have you learned that is new?
4. What did you enjoy the most? Why?
5. What do you know now that you didn't before?
Please remember that the focus of the journals is mathematical thinking and that they contain no editing.
Please return the Journals on Monday morning, as we will be using them in class.
Also included is a math game called Roll and Record. Please feel free to play this game with your child and keep it for your use at home.
